Please read these terms carefully before using Drapeli. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. About Drapeli
Drapeli is a fashion discovery platform that curates products and earns commission through affiliate partnerships when users click product links and make purchases. We are an affiliate publisher, not a retailer — we do not sell products directly.
2. Affiliate links — important disclosure
Product links on Drapeli are affiliate links. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed in compliance with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) rules and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidelines on endorsements and affiliate marketing. Our editorial choices are independent and are not influenced by commission rates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Drapeli. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
- You must not share your account with others
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Drapeli to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Post or share content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to access our systems or data without authorisation
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy product data or user data
- Artificially inflate affiliate clicks or engage in click fraud
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform’s operation
6. User content
Content you create on Drapeli (outfits, bio, display name) remains yours. By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform. If your profile is set to public, your outfits and saved items may be visible to other users. You can make your profile private at any time in Settings.
7. Product information
Prices and product availability are provided by retailers and may change at any time. We do not guarantee accuracy. Always check the retailer’s website before purchasing. We are not party to any sale between you and a retailer.
8. Intellectual property
The Drapeli brand, platform design, and curation are our intellectual property. Product images remain the property of the respective retailers and brands, displayed under licence or fair use. You may not reproduce or redistribute Drapeli content without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Drapeli is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, reliance on product information, or transactions with retailers. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep Drapeli available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with or without notice.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time. On termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on the platform.
